Every community has a certain percentage of its citizens who, for various
reasons, do not have enough money coming in every month to be able to
afford the average price of an apartment, or a home. This cross-section of
our communities deserve a place to live, that is clean and affordable. By
providing this to our low income citizens we are helping to balance out a
workable and healthy community.
